  • 1 1/2 cups millet
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon allspice
  • 1/3 tablespoon clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/3 cup tamari or 1/3 cup soya sauce
  • 1 uncooked pie crust (top & bottom)

Directions

    Cook millet and oats.

    (Millet is cooked like rice, but using more water).

    Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and mushrooms.

    Mix cooked cereals and other ingredients.

    Place in a prepared pie crust & cover with another crust.

    Bake at 425F until golden.
