- 1 1/2 cups millet
- 1 cup oats
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon allspice
- 1/3 tablespoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup tamari or 1/3 cup soya sauce
- 1 uncooked pie crust (top & bottom)
Directions

1Cook millet and oats.

2(Millet is cooked like rice, but using more water).

3Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and mushrooms.

4Mix cooked cereals and other ingredients.

5Place in a prepared pie crust & cover with another crust.

6Bake at 425F until golden.
