  • 2 lb. lean beef, cut into chunks
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)

Directions

    Sprinkle meat in a casserole dish with onion soup mix.

    Cover with mushroom soup which has been diluted with 1 can of water. Add mushrooms.

    Cover with a tight fitting lid and bake at 325° for 3 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
