- 2 lb. lean beef, cut into chunks
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
Directions

1Sprinkle meat in a casserole dish with onion soup mix.

2Cover with mushroom soup which has been diluted with 1 can of water. Add mushrooms.

3Cover with a tight fitting lid and bake at 325° for 3 hours.

4Serve over rice or noodles.
