- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 2 lbs. carrots, sliced
- 3 lg. potatoes, cut in medium cubes
- 6-8 sm. boiling onions, whole
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup and equal amt. of water
- 1 can tomato soup and equal amt. of water
- 1 can onion soup and equal amt. of water
- 1 medium can mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. dry red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven or other oven-proof pan.

2There is no need to brown the meat.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 4 - 4-1/2 hours, covered.

4DO NOT OPEN THE LID DURING COOKING TIME.
