  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flour

    Cook fruits in water for 5 minutes.

    Pour into loaf cake pan.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
