  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
  • 10 pitted dates, chopped fine
  • 2 or 3 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 2 scoops shortening, melted
  • 5 packets Sweet 'N Low

Directions

    Mix and bake in cast-iron skillets at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
