  • 80 grams walnuts preferrably peeled
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk carton, 120g / ml
  • 1/2 cup crema media, 120g / ml or 25% fat cream or sour cream
  • 100 grams cream cheese could also be mascarpone or ricotta
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sugar equivalent, Swerve or 4 packets of Splenda
