Non-fried Mock Fried Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 filets Fresh salmon (or salted salmon)
- 1 tsp Salt (optional if using salted salmon)
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 4 tsp White flour
- 1 medium-sized Egg
- 200 ml Panko
- 2 tbsp + 3 tablespoons + 1 dash less than a teaspoon Ketchup + sauce + soy sauce
- 1 Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli etc.; vegetables used for decoration
Directions

1Roast the panko in a frying pan until golden brown.

2Roughly coat the salmon in salt and sprinkle with pepper.

3Coat the salmon with flour, beaten eggs, and the panko in that order, and line them on a pan covered with parchment paper.

4Bake for 28-33 minutes at 480F/250C (adjust the time according to your oven) and it's done.

5Arrange on plates, and decorate it colorfully with shredded lettuce, fan-shaped cut tomatoes, and broccoli.

6Top with the well-mixed sauce, and enjoy!
