   Boil water.

   Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

   Remove from heat and add instant coffee and chocolate syrup.

   Stir gently until dissolved.

   Cool COMPLETELY before adding:.

   2 Tablespoons vanilla.

   1 Quart vodka.
