- 1 12 lbs sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots (regular or seasoned)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1cook sausage and onions together.

2drain off fat when done.

3in a seprate bowl mix eggs, mustard, worcestershire sauce and milk together.

4then in a 9 x13 pan layer sausage and onion mixture then tater tots.

5next layer the cheese.

6Pour egg mixture over the top.

7refrigerate over night.

8Bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes or until eggs are done.
