- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 12 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 12 lb Chinese egg noodles
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 34 lb broccoli, cut into florets
Directions

1Mix oil, soya sauce and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.

2Cook noodles until al dente.

3Drain thoroughly.

4Stir in scallions.

5Cook (or steam) broccoli 4-5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

6Drain and toss with noodles and sauce.
