  • 3 qt. boiling water
  • 8 oz. medium egg noodles (about 4 c.)
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
