  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.

    Beat eggs and add to butter mixture with cream cheese and beat well.

    Add other ingredients (except noodles and cinnamon) and mix together.

    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Put in noodles (scatter throughout).

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Refrigerate overnight (up to 24 hours).

    Bake at 450° for 5 minutes, then at 350° for one hour.

    Can be frozen and reheated; also good cold.
