  • 1 lb. wide noodles
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil noodles in rapidly boiling salted water, about 10 minutes (1/2 teaspoon salt).

    Drain and run under cold water.

    Stir in all other ingredients (beaten lightly).

    Bake in a large, well-greased baking dish for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
