  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Cook noodles until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Drain and set aside.

    Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl.

    Add cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, vanilla, eggs and raisins.

    Stir in cooked noodles.

    Pour into pan.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown.
