- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. half and half (I use Milnot)
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Combine egg, salt and milk.

2Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

3Roll very thin on floured surface.

4Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick.

5Spread out to dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling broth and cook 10 minutes. I cut mine 1-inch thick and cook 20 to 30 minutes longer.
