- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- flour
Directions

1Beat egg yolks.

2Add salt and milk.

3Stir in as much flour as needed to make mixture hold or until it cleans bowl.

4Turn out on floured surface.

5Knead a few times.

6Roll out as thin as possible. The thinner the better.

7Use plenty of flour to prevent sticking to surface.

8Let stand for 2 hours or so.

9Cut into noodles.

10Cook in boiling broth or let dry completely and store in freezer in freezer bags.
