  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
  • 3 shakes poultry seasoning
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy wine

    Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well.

    Form meat mixture into small balls.

    Brown lightly in small amount of butter, then bake in oven at 350° until firm and brown.
