- 2 lbs ground beef
- 12 lb pork sausage
- 2 eggs
- 23 cup half-and-half
- 12 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced onions (or more)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

2The next day form into meatballs and brown in a skillet.

3Place the browned meatballs in a large baking pan.

4Make a gravy using the drippings in the skillet adding flour and beef broth.

5Simmer gravy and pour over meatballs.

6Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
