  • 30 large ripe tomatoes
  • 6 large pears
  • 6 large peaches
  • 6 large apples
  • 4 large onions
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. mixed pickling spice (tied in cloth)

    all ingredients and boil until thick.
