- 4 to 6 large baking potatoes
- 2 to 3 green onions
- 4 to 6 slices bacon
- garlic salt or powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter or margarine to taste
Directions

1Wash potatoes.

2Cut lengthwise wedge across top of potatoes, 1-inch wide and 1-inch deep.

3Remove wedge.

4Place bacon and green onions in corner of wedge.

5Add butter.

6Replace wedge and wrap in foil.

7Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until potato is done.
