- 3 whole Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 2-3/4 cups Rice Flour
- 1-1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 cup, 11 tablespoons, 2-1/2 pinches Coconut Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 350F.

2Grease a 13x9 inch pan and set aside.

3In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until batter is smooth. About 2 -3 minutes.

4Pour batter into pan, bake for 45-50 minutes until the batter is set and the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

5Cut into squares when cool and serve.
