  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • garlic salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. parsley

Directions

    Make into patties. Fry in skillet in just enough olive oil to cover bottom.
