  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. Softasilk (cake flour)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla.

    Add flour and nuts. Roll into balls and bake very slowly (250° for 1 hour).

    When cool, coat with powdered sugar.
