- 12 oz. chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup clover honey
- 1 cup cashews, chopped, toasted
- 2 cups chocolate fudge sauce, heated
- 2 cups whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2LIghtly grease 9-inch springform pan.

3Blend chocolate crumbs, sugar and melted butter in medium bowl.

4Press onto bottom and up sides of prepared pan.

5Bake 5 minutes.

6Cool.

7Mix ice cream, peanut butter, honey, and cashews in large bowl.

8Spoon into prepared crust.

9Freeze at least 2 days.

10Place pie in shallow pan of hot water 10 seconds.

11Remove pie from pan.

12Top each serving with sauce and whipped cream.
