- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Place all cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and garlic salt in bowl.

2Attach bowl and flat beater.

3Turn to speed 4 and beat until well blended.

4Shape mixture into a ball.

5Roll ball in chopped nuts.

6Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until serving time.

7Serve with raw vegetables or assorted crackers.

8Yields 1 (24 ounce) ball.
