  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Place all cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and garlic salt in bowl.

    Attach bowl and flat beater.

    Turn to speed 4 and beat until well blended.

    Shape mixture into a ball.

    Roll ball in chopped nuts.

    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until serving time.

    Serve with raw vegetables or assorted crackers.
