- 1 c. nuts, finely ground
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
- dash of salt
- 2 oz. milk chocolate (optional)
Directions

1Combine nuts, honey and butter and stir over low heat for 3 minutes or until thickened and boiling.

2Add beaten egg, lemon juice and rind and salt; cook slowly for 1 minute longer.

3When cool, spread over dough that has been brushed with beaten egg.
