- 3 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 24 large marshmallows
- 12 oz. (1 large bag) Guittard semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 1/2 c. walnuts
Directions

1Place sugar and evaporated milk in large medium-to-heavy saucepan.

2Cut 6 tablespoons of butter and the marshmallows (small pieces, 5 or 6 to each) into mixture.

3Cook and stir over medium heat until marshmallows have melted and mixture bubbles all over top.

4Cook and stir for 5 to 6 minutes longer.

5Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate bits and remaining butter.

6Stir until chocolate pieces have dissolved.

7Stir in walnuts (or whichever kind you prefer).

8Pour into shallow baking pan (at least 8 x 8-inches) and allow to cool before cutting.
