Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 lb. ground nuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. evaporated or regular milk

Directions

    Mix last five ingredients all together for filling.

    Mix cream cheese, margarine and flour like pie dough (can add a little more flour if needed).

    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.

    Wrap in Saran or foil and refrigerate a couple hours or overnight.

    Roll each ball out in powdered sugar.

    Put 1 teaspoon nut mixture in center and roll in powdered sugar again.

    Place on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown.
