- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

2Beat in sugar.

3Fold in vanilla, salt and nuts.

4Batter should be fluffy.

5If not, beat longer.

6Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 275° for 40 - 60 minutes.

8Cookies will just barely be golden.

9If you cook too long, they will taste burnt.
