- 35 grams Sesame paste (Black or white)
- 200 ml Dashi stock
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix over a low heat with a rubber spatula until it starts to thicken.

2Transfer to a container and cover the surface with plastic wrap.

3When it has cooled down, let it sit in the fridge to chill and harden.

4It's nice as-is, or with wasabi or soy sauce.
