  • 1 c. cooked millet
  • 1/2 c. finely ground walnuts
  • 1/2 c. finely ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. finely ground cashews
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • garlic (small amount)

Directions

    Cook millet 4 parts water to 1 part millet.

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

    Roll into small balls.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 325°.

    Serve with tomato sauce.
