- 1 c. cooked millet
- 1/2 c. finely ground walnuts
- 1/2 c. finely ground sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp. finely ground cashews
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- garlic (small amount)
Directions

1Cook millet 4 parts water to 1 part millet.

2Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

3Roll into small balls.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 325°.

6Serve with tomato sauce.
