- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. crushed graham crackers (approximately 11 sq.)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- whipped cream, Cool Whip or Dream Whip
Directions

1Beat egg whites stiffly.

2Slowly add sugar, vanilla, baking powder, crushed graham crackers and walnuts.

3Pour into a greased 9-inch pie tin.

4Bake for 1/2 hour (30 minutes) in 350° oven. Cool.

5Top with whipped topping.

6Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

7Can be prepared the day before (including topping) as it is almost tastier.
