- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cake yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. or more nuts
- about 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in milk.

2Let butter soften and mix with dry ingredients like pie dough.

3Add egg yolks and milk.

4Dough will be soft.

5Put in a bowl, cover with Saran Wrap and put in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

6Take out of refrigerator and let set about 1 hour.

7Divide dough into 3 parts.
