- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. lukewarm milk
- 1 fresh cake yeast
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.

2Add sugar and let stand until it bubbles.

3Measure flour into large bowl; make a well. Add yeast mixture, egg yolks and melted butter.

4Mix well until bowl becomes clean.

5Put in refrigerator for a few hours.

6Divide dough into 4 portions.

7Roll until thin.
