- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. ground walnuts
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Blend butter and flour together until crumbly.

2Add egg yolk and sour cream.

3Mix ground walnuts, granulated sugar and cinnamon together.

4Mix with a spoon until all is combined (very sticky). Form into ball.

5Place on floured wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

6Make four small balls out of the large.

7Roll each one out separately and sprinkle on about 4 tablespoons of the sugar and walnut mixture.

8Spread out and pat down.

9Cut into 16 pieces and roll from the outside to the center.

10Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.
