- 300 g flour
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 small egg
- 125 g butter
- 200 g almond paste
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 400 g finely ground hazelnuts
- 150 g butter
- 100 g creme fraiche
- 250 g sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
Directions

1For the dough.

2Mix flour and baking powder.

3Add sugar, salt, egg and butter pieces.

4Knead all ingredients together to make a firm dough.

5Roll dough thinly and evenly onto a baking sheet.

6For the topping.

7Grate almond paste on a grater into a bowl and add brandy and hazelnuts.

8Melt butter in a pot and add creme fraiche and sugar.

9Boil once.

10Add this mixture to the hazelnuts and brandy in the bowl and mix thoroughly.

11Spread the topping evenly onto the dough and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

12Cool pastry and cut into 12 squares.

13Cut each square diagonally to make a total of 24 triangles.

14Melt chocolate and dunk two of the three triangle corners into the chocolate.
