  • 3 13/16 tablespoons Nutella
  • heavy cream 20 cl.

Directions

    Refrigerate a siphon for at least 3 hours.

    Put the Nutella in a bowl and melt it in the microwave on low. When melted, add the cream and mix thoroughly.

    Pour the mixture into the siphon and charge it with a gas cartridge. Shake well and dispense into verrines.
