Fresh Peach Cake

   Combine oil and sugar, beating well.

   Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended.

   Stir in peaches and pecans.

   Spoon batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

   Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
