Nutella-Pecan Nut Bites

   Preparation time does not include 15 minutes freeze time.

   In a mixing bowl, add pecans, honey, and cinnamon.

   Stir well.

   Fold in Nutella by the spoonful.

   Dust parchment or waxed paper with confectioners sugar and place on a baking sheet pan.

   Dust your hands with more confectioners sugar.

   Using a spoon or scoop, roll mixture into bite size balls.

   Place on the sheet pan in a single layer, then freeze 15 minutes.

   Remove from freezer and transfer to an airtight container.

    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
