- 2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1 onion, chopped or blended (or may use onion salt in place of salt)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Directions

1Work peanut butter and water together; mix tomato juice and flour until smooth.

2Combine with peanut butter mixture all remaining ingredients.

3Steam in buttered double boiler for 5 1/2 hours.

4Cool.

5Turn onto plate.

6Slice and serve cold or fry and serve with tomato gravy.
