- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cook squash in boiling salted water for 15 minutes, or till tender. Drain well. Cut rind from cubes.
