  • 1 1/4 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts salted
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 1/4 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper
  • 1 large vine ripened tomato
  • 1/2 cup black ripened olives sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

    Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

    Mix the pecan meal, with eggs, baking powder and cheese

    Put the mixture in a deep dish 10 inch pie pan.

    Slice the tomatoes.

    Cut the jalapeno in half remove seeds and ribs.

    The dice the jalapeno.

    Add nuts, add jalapenos, and tomato slices.
