  • 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 16 oz. cream cheese

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together next 3 ingredients and beat hard for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Pour this mixture on top of crust layer in pan.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
