  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz. flaked coconut
  • 3 oz. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. finely chopped, blanched pistachio nuts

Directions

    In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

    Chill until firm. Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Coat balls with pistachio nuts.

    Chill in a single layer until firm.
