  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 12 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

  • 14 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon honey

    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro, and curry powder.

    Place in bag and shake to coat.
