Bacon & Egg Cups

  • 1 egg for each muffin cup
  • 1 strip of bacon per cup
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp onion leaves, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 150 C. Grease muffin cup with oil line each cup with bacon.

    Break one egg on top of each cup and sprinkle about a teaspoon of grated cheese.

    Season with pepper only (since bacon and cheese is already salty).

    Bake for 5 to 10 min or untill cheese melts.

    I sometimes put it on the grill too then it browns on top.

    Garnish with onion leaves and serve with your toast or waffle :-) Happy morning!
