Bacon & Egg Cups

- 1 egg for each muffin cup
- 1 strip of bacon per cup
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp onion leaves, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 150 C. Grease muffin cup with oil line each cup with bacon.

2Break one egg on top of each cup and sprinkle about a teaspoon of grated cheese.

3Season with pepper only (since bacon and cheese is already salty).

4Bake for 5 to 10 min or untill cheese melts.

5I sometimes put it on the grill too then it browns on top.

6Garnish with onion leaves and serve with your toast or waffle :-) Happy morning!
