  • 3/4 lb. candied pineapple
  • 3/4 lb. candied cherries
  • 4 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 cans Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 lb. chopped dates

Directions

    Chop all fruit and nuts; dredge in coconut.

    Mix with milk. Line tube or loaf pan with waxed paper.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Remove from pan and peel paper off while hot.
