  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
  • 1/8 c. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Arrange chicken on foiled baking sheet.

    Melt butter; stir in honey and mustard and simmer, stirring for 5 minutes.

    Brush honey mixture generously on chicken.

    Combine crumbs and pecans and sprinkle over chicken. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
