  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cups Raw Almonds, Coarsely Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Pumpkin Seeds
  • 18 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a medium baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Mix oatmeal, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt together in a medium bowl.

    Add oil and maple syrup and stir until completely mixed.

    Spread mixture in an even layer in pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
