  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves, Stems Removed.
  • 1/2 cups Arugula Leaves
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Pistachios (roasted And Unsalted)
  • 1/4 cups Pine Nuts (raw And Unsalted)
  • 1/2 cups Walnuts (unsalted)
  • 1/4 cups Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 5 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper

Directions

    Process basil, arugula, olive oil, pistachios, pine nuts, walnuts, parmigiano, zest and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped; stir in the maple syrup and season with salt and pepper.
